Stabilization

At Level 1 Paving, we offer a comprehensive range of soil stablization services, catering to commercial, private, and municipal areas. Our commitment to quality ensures that every project meets the highest standards. Here are the services we provide:

Cement stabilization: also known as recycling. Recycling existing asphalt, and Base rock, while helping reduce the impact on the environment.

We are able to reuse existing old pavement instead of hauling off and filling up a landfill.

This allows us to pulverize it down into smaller sizes then incorporate with Portland Cement creating a Cement stabilized full depth mixture. This compacted stabilized mixture provides an excellent foundation for new asphalt paving. This helps cut down on the timing of the rebuild along with providing a very stable pavement surface.

Lime stabilization: used to treat soils with high clay or moisture content. Lime helps dry out the soil while reducing plasticity, creating a more workable and stable subgrade.

By incorporating quicklime or hydrated lime directly into the existing soil, we are able to chemically change the soil structure instead of removing and replacing it.

This process strengthens the foundation, prevents soil expansion, and provides a long-lasting base for paving. Lime stabilization ensures a solid platform for new asphalt, helping speed up construction while increasing pavement durability.
